Our family went to dinner last night at Buca di Beppo and had a wonderful experience. The manager, Ron Hurley, made us feel like family and our server, Cynthia Agnew, was attentive and personable. Not only was the food good, but every staff person we came in contact with was accommodating and kind. Great service, great food, great folks!

What can I say: always good service, always quality food at a fair price, always positive, attentive service. One example: I once made a mistake in what I ordered and the waiter immediately scooped up my plate and came back with what I had intended to order at no additional charge. Thanks Chuy's on Research for your good food, service, and frozen margaritas! Your patio is the place of choice for me and my wife when we want to relax and enjoy a good meal.

I attend an early weekly meeting in a private room at this IHOP. When entering and/or leaving this restaurant, any employee that I pass will greet me with a "good morning" or "good-bye". They know that this stream of people rarely orders food and there is no possibility of a tip, but they are genuinely alert and extremely couteous. This makes me feel great and I appreciate it.

A group of 12 of us came in unannounced right before a daily rush. Our server was peasant, fast, and efficient and gave us separate checks even though their computer was down.
La Margarita

For my money, La Margarita is the best Tex-Mex restaurant around, including all of Austin. The service is fast, friendly, personable, and consistently good. Best of all, the food is AMAZING and the prices are great.

The atmosphere is created to feel like home, but the employees are the ones that really make that happen. Every host and server at this restaurant has been pleasant, helpful and seems to treat all customers like a guest in their home. I'll keep coming back!

My to-go salad with brisket order was missing the brisket. When I took it back to the counter, they fixed a new order AND refunded my money. The manager said "It is important to us that every customer get exactly what they order how they order it!" as he handed me a refund and an apology. Now THAT makes me want to do business there more often!

Amazing to get such great customer service at a gas station that serves BBQ! We were greeted and asked if it was our first time. When we said yes, the server went into a complete spiel about how to order and gave us a complete sampler of all the meats! He helped me find the diet soda I couldn't see in the bin and checked up on us to see if we needed anything else. Great job!

We were served an unsatisfactory dinner and the manager, when told by our waitress of our apparent dissatisfaction, came by our table, re-delivered the food, hot and as ordered, apologized for our inconvenience and did not charge us anything for our dinner. That is dinner for four at no charge. It was a perfect example of excellent customer service.

This is a great place to eat—good food, excellent prices, and the best service around. The waiters even remember your favorite menu items, before you order. Twin Lion is a terrific restaurant.
