This is the only car wash that I visit now, because of the great service they provide. I've had several dealings with Maan, who is just excellent. In one instance, the dispenser took my money but didn't give me the towel I wanted. Maan not only gave me back the money, he also gave me several free products for my car. Amazing service at every turn!

Then, when he found the damage to the tire—instead of trying to sell me one—he advised me to go back to the place where I bought it in the event that they might replace it through the guarantee. Paul was a combination of friendliness, promptness, capability, and integrity.

Not only did Scot come out to my employer's parking lot to look at my car, he was prompt, courteous, and honest! I needed a simple A/C recharge and a look at my system computer. After explaining that I wouldn't be keeping the car for too much longer, he advised me against spending the $500 to diagnose an issue that was non-critical. And then he called a week later to follow up on the work he'd done on the A/C. Fantastic.

What an incredible company! Reggie Bell, the estimator, worked with me on a more than fair price to cut down and stack limbs from a dead Ash tree. He accommodated my tight schedule, threw in extra services, and sent the best crew ever. Mike, Dee, Mickey, and Victor worked on a Saturday and got up earlier than usual to drive all the way from Seguin to take care of my tree putting me first on their busy schedule. The employees at PEC are incredible. They are always cheerful and friendly. They offer my children free PEC keychain mascots every month, which my kids love. And now when I use the drive-through to pay my electric bill, the girl at the window REMEMBERS me or my car and sends me the "correct number" of toys with my receipt without my even asking or saying anything! How can she remember everyone like that? It sure makes my day.

We'll never use another cleaners because of Joanne at the Great Hills Top Hat cleaners. She's always friendly, efficient and attentive. But, most of all, when we first started taking cleaning to this location, Joanne quickly learned what our cars looked like and would start pulling our cleaning from the back before we came through the door. Now, THAT's service.
I just did a search on Google for "top hat cleaners" great hills to get the address. The third item listed from the search was www.alwaysright.biz with another positive comment about the Top Hat at another location. Guess what? Joanne trains these people. So, hats off to Joanne for giving and promoting outstanding customer service!
